WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 10, 2005 -- Mark Murphy, Chairman &
CEO of Leadership IQ has been nominated to Modern Healthcare's
"100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare" ballot for the third
year in a row.
For the fourth year, Modern Healthcare will rank the Most Powerful
People in Healthcare. Modern Healthcare, the industry's only business
newsweekly, solicited nominations from its 71,000 readers to develop
a list of 300 "movers and shakers" in the healthcare industry.
These 300 nominees will appear on a ballot this summer during
which time Modern Healthcare readers will vote to name the most
powerful person in healthcare.
Mark joins a list of nominees that includes President George
W. Bush, Senator Bill First, and Senator Hillary Clinton, among
others. Mark was one of only twelve consultants nominated.
"We have a very strong presence in healthcare," explains Murphy.
“It's certainly an honor that so many of our clients would take
the time to submit nominations, and I'm continually honored to
make even a small contribution to the mission and commitment of
healthcare leaders."
