The group meets once a week for 60 minutes (via Zoom) for eight consecutive weeks. It is a structured, facilitated, discussion-based program that focuses on practical leadership and sustainability issues highly relevant to women in senior roles: balancing high responsibility with long-term wellbeing, operating effectively under chronic pressure, clarifying priorities, and protecting time and energy for the highest-value work.

This program is designed specifically for senior women operating in high-responsibility, high-visibility roles.

My key learning objectives for this program are to:

  • Recognize early signs of burnout versus healthy stretch so I can sustain strong performance over the long term.
  • Develop healthier ways of handling stress, frustration, and overload so it doesn’t spill over into how I lead or communicate with my team.
  • Clarify a small set of habits and practices around time, energy, and recovery that support sustainable high performance over the next 1–3 years.
