The AI-Powered Manager: 10x Your Team's Performance [JULY 13TH]
Leadership IQ
Use AI to save time, make better decisions, and lead your team more effectively.
A program that teaches managers how to use AI for the real work of leadership: emails, meetings, reports, coaching, performance conversations, data analysis, presentations, and team productivity.
Managers already have AI. Now they need to know how to use it.
Most organizations have given employees access to AI tools, but the productivity gains are still uneven. Managers are experimenting with prompts, drafting the occasional email, and asking AI for quick summaries, but few have been trained to use it systematically for the work that actually fills their day.
This course shows managers how to turn AI from a scattered tool into a practical leadership advantage.
They'll learn how to use AI to communicate more clearly, analyze information faster, prepare for difficult conversations, improve team execution, and help their employees use AI responsibly.
