A Little About Me
I founded Leadership IQ and I still run it, so I deal with the same hiring, budget and executive-team headaches you do. But the bigger part of my work is research. Over the past two decades my team and I have studied more than a million leaders, and that data is what I bring to these conversations instead of platitudes.
I’ve written seven leadership books, including the New York Times bestseller Hundred Percenters, and my Forbes articles have been read more than nine million times. In between, I coach CEOs one-on-one and work with their executive teams on the problems that tend to stall growth: decisions that don’t get made, priorities that don’t line up and strategies that don’t get executed.
