What We Do

A top-rated research and management consulting firm, Leadership IQ provides employee engagement surveys and leadership training (both online and onsite) to the world’s most successful organizations and their leaders.

Leadership IQ’s leadership training tackles thorny issues and is highly-interactive. Our trainers provide more than best practices; we give you specific and actionable tips, tools and techniques that work in every organization because they’re based on psychology not esoteric management theory. For instance, we give our clients a step-by-step script proven to put more accountability in your culture; we provide precisely worded interview questions guaranteed to elicit the truth from job candidates; and we offer simple yet powerful solutions to the most common workplace challenges, like increasing employee engagement, motivating Generation Y, stamping out passive aggressiveness, building positive workplace relationships, developing high-performing teams, communicating effectively and managing change.

To accomplish the results that make our programs the envy of our industry, our trainers employ a blended-learning approach that includes:

  • Formal instruction (both onsite and online e-learning)
  • Instructor-led, interactive exercises
  • Case studies and group discussions
  • Role playing, simulations and worksheets
  • Individual assessments
  • Performance objective measurements
  • Action plans
