This purchase page is for women who have already been accepted into the upcoming cohort of Off the Back Burner.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll join a small, confidential circle of up to 10 women in leadership roles to put the invisible load on the table—work, family, aging parents, the emotional labor no one sees—and experiment with boundaries that actually fit your real life.

You won’t get homework, slides, or a rigid “10-step system.”
You will get one protected hour a week where you don’t have to be “the rock.”

What’s included

• 8 live, virtual 60-minute sessions (Zoom)
• Closed cohort (no new members after the first meeting)
• Facilitated small-group conversations focused on:
  • Naming the full load you’re carrying
  • Separating burnout from meaning
  • Setting realistic boundaries as a primary breadwinner
  • Exploring who you are beyond being “indispensable”
• Confidential, judgment-free space with peers who “get it”

Cohort details

• Dates: Mondays, January 12 – March 2, 2026
• Time: 6:00–7:00 PM Eastern (5:00–6:00 PM Central / 3:00–4:00 PM Pacific)
• Format: Live on Zoom
• Group size: Up to 10 women
• We meet every Monday for 8 consecutive weeks—holidays included—to maintain continuity and protect this time for you.

Investment

• Total: $960 USD
• Covers all 8 sessions ($120 per session)

Refunds & missed sessions

Because this is a very small, closed group and your spot is reserved for you:

• All sales are final and fees are non-refundable once you complete this checkout.
• If you miss a session, there are no refunds or credits for missed meetings.
• Sessions are not recorded to protect confidentiality.
